Fallon's Religion is
the lifelong journey of two songwriters
faithful to their early southern rock and gospel influences, Dan Bell and Melanie Fallon.
Embracing bluesy, soulful melodies with beautiful clean chord voicings,
they successfully create memorable, emotional songs that are both unique and universal.
The likes of Patrick Simmons and early Heart creep into catchy melodic vocals in songs like
“Take Me Home” and “Before We Fall,” finding the sweet spot with poignant“Havana” and Allmanesque acoustic ballads like “Storm.”
The band consists of Dan Bell (guitars), Melanie Fallon (vocals), Larry Chaney (guitars/keyboards/production),
Kevin McDermott (bass), Drew Mitchell (drums), Neal Carson (keyboards) and Liz Myrtetus Kahn (vocals).
A diversely talented group of players, Fallon’s Religion recently released the single “Take Me Home” streaming on all platforms.
The next single “Alone” is soon to be released.
Future plans include live performances in the Philadelphia/New York/DC region.
